This modern loft had great bones and needed just a few additions to make it really come to life. The staircase was recovered in oak with storage underneath, oak foyer divisions were created to visually separate the main space from the entry and the powder room was modernized. Upstairs, the bedrooms were reconfigured to create a more functional layout, each with its own renovated ensuite. All in all, this loft space is now as vibrant as its downtown location.
