Our growing company was in need of larger office space, and we were thrilled to find this “diamond in the rough” – an old felt factory with wonderfully exposed brick walls, large, light-filled windows and amazing 13-foot ceilings. New walls and a barn-door divide the office into working space and “living” space where we host client meetings and brainstorming sessions. A new kitchenette was installed along with new-but-worn hickory LVT flooring. We used industrial plumbing piping as the legs of the desks and shelving brackets which enhance the industrial feel. Mirroring old iron features in the iron chandeliers further enhances this feel. Rounding out the look are teal feature walls (Bridgemont’s signature colour) mixed with calming white and black tones.
