This project was a complete interior and exterior renovation keeping the side-split footprint in tact. Inside, we opened up the main floor to create a kitchen, living room and dining room that now flowed seamlessly to each other. On the second floor we rearranged the walls to create a master bedroom oasis with an ensuite washroom, walk-in closet, and make u vanity. The family washroom was also completely renovated while the lower level family room was given a face lift. On the exterior, striking new windows were installed, the roofline was raised, stone was added and all siding was replaced to take this house from dated to wow!
